No service on MTN network

I upgraded to an iPhone 5 on Saturday through MTN Morningside, I was assisted by Lee-Andra Marks who made the process a pleasure. My phone worked perfectly on Saturday, by Sunday morning I had no reception and the phone was displaying the words No Service. After numerous calls to the customer care line, I was no closer to a working phone. This morning I visited Cresta and was told that they think it's a faulty microsim but that I would have to get a new one from Morningside. I went there and was assisted again by Leeandra who was helpful and replaced the sim, but as yet no luck. I am desperate to get this phone working as I run my business from home and am potentially missing out on work as a result of this. No one can definitely tell me what's wrong. I have found my infractions on the phone frustrating, and have wasted more than enough time driving around.
