To MTN Network

I Have lodged a query regarding the network situation in my area, to date I have had no response, the turnaround time as promised is 96 hours from the complaint date. (ref np: 6424862)

I have not received any feedback regarding the query, this is extremely frustrating I am spending a fortune on dropped calls.

Please advise if you intend on fixing the problem, if you are not then please also advise so may make an informed decision with my business to MTN.
