New contract. No services available. Week 2!

I have recently registered with 8ta for a new contract, however it seems I may got a raw deal. From day one there have been problems from the porting of my Vodacom number to 8ta service.
Day 1 - I was advised that the porting process will take 24hrs. After going back and forth between the store and call center this issue was finally resolved after 3 days.
Day 5 - All is well
Day 6 - Error message on phone, SIM CARD NOT REGISTERED!
This is where it gets interesting, for the next 3 days I have had no access to the network. I have talked to a manager, a team leader but all I get from the call center is "we have escalated your query to the relevant department and the turn around time is 72hrs". After the 1st 72hrs nothing was resolved and I was told the issue has yet again been escalated and the turnaround time is 72hrs. In total i'm looking at one week of no connectivity. At the end of the month 8ta will surely want their subscription fees and will not accept any delays in payments.

All in all this is the worst customer service I have experienced. My opinion is that the 8ta team really does not prioritize its customers. Do your home work before signing up with this service provider.
