I have connection and performance problems with my iBurst connection in the Wonderboom area. I went to the person at the Montana Retail Centre. We had managed to connect with mixed success. However, 5 weeks later, returning from an overseas trip, I have the same problem. The outlet at the Retail Centre, persuaded me to buy an external areal, which I reluctantly did, but I don't understand, because my modem shows 5 green lights. The retail shop does not use credit cards, so I had to go and draw cash. While I away, she persuaded my wife to buy a second modem (black phone) which was an item that is going out of stock. The new modem is worse than my old UTD modem. The new modem connected last night, but today it doesn't. In my opinion, iBurst in the Wonderboom area is overloaded, and cannot handle all the connections. The lady at the retail outlet, was very helpful, but I think her advice is inaccurate.
