I have the Internet promo 5 package from 8ta, and have a download speed of 0.35 kb/s and upload speed of 0.00kb/s. I feel that it's false advertising as I reside in an area fully covered by 8ta signal according to the map provided. This is an ongoing problem and no one is assisting in this regard. Urgent cooperation would be appreciated as this is a frustration as I am paying for a service I am not receiving.
