Cheated out of my 1G

I never recived my 1G for my iPAD called the 808 and was told oh u exhausted ur bytes on the 21april at 10am i asked what did i use it for they answered we can only tell u on the 21 May and we are in APRIL. i asked for a supervisor who cldnt answer my quetsed and escalated for a manager who called the following day and said he will call on tuesday 29/04/13 once he has investigated and guess what he never called!!!

i decided to go to MTN Century City twice and guess what on both occasions there was no receord of THE 1G!!!

i dont knw what type of service MTN u are providing but if im gonna pay the monthy fees and not get the full package i think its time for me to rethink MTN.

i want my 1G and compensation for wasting my time doing investigations for and above all pushing your staff to give correct and accurate information in the 808 call centre and boy are your agents rude or what!!!
