Since 10am this morning l have been trying to get hold of Valerina in the accounts dept, (0117122000).l got answered after 2 or 3mins of the phone rings which l can do with. The person who answered says she will transfer me to Valerina, the phone rings and rings and goes back to the person who keeps transfering me to the Valerina not answering me. Between 10am and 10h30 l kept trying and am not exxgrating they kept ansering me diferent people and 1 of the names l remember was Nancy but again she transfered me to Valerina who was not answering me.l gave up at 10h30 coz l have had lost my cool, l then decided to try again at 3pm then some lady answerd and transfered me, Donovan answered me and told me Valerina is not available.l explained my frustration and since he cldnt help me l asked to speak to Valerinas Boss, and thats when he said she wld call me, l didnt wanna put the phone down but Donovan promised me she will call back right away, before l droped the call she called me on my mobile phone. My point is they DONT CARE but if you threaten to speak to a person above them they ACT ..., All l wanted was for Valerina to respond to my mail of 03.04.13 but they just dont care...
