Good day

I found out on Friday the 23/08/2013 that I have been billed by a company called Mira networks on my Airtime, R7 on a daily basis from July. I never agreed to any subscription, I was tricked into clicking the link
In which they says that opening the link means I subscribed. I never agreed to any terms and conditions either. Please refund me all the airtime that you have debited from mobile number 0836249462 to date.

I was given their contact number by MTN and called them, they then referred me to a company called flexiba
With the contact number 021 300 2831, this number gives you 2 IVR options and when you press either of the 2, it keeps saying you have entered a invalid option up until it eventually cuts you.

They also referred me to Waspa on 011 476 7710 but the number never goes through.

Desired outcome: remove me from any of your marketing sms's and cancel any subscription and refund me All the airtime you debited.
