CELLC bills me for a service I didn't subscribe to and pays this monies over to a company called MIRA without my permission/authority. Despite numerous requests and promises SINCE NOVEMBER 2013, from both CELLC and MIRA that this was cancelled, I am still being billed more than R120 above my contract value. I want a refund but how do I go about this. How do I stop this from happening to others as well. This is blatant. Is this why they request our banking details so they can make up their own values and deduct from our accounts without my authority...!!! Unauthorised transaction from my account.
What is my recourse? Can I cancel this debit order on my account to prevent further from my account. How do I get these (CELLC MIRA) to return the MONIES THEY HAVE from me??? Pls can someone help me. Has anybody else been ROBBED like this. Pls can you advise me what to do to get my money back from these THIEVING CELLC MIRA.
