I have had incidences with MTN a couple of times now where by my call will be terminated with the reason that I do not have sufficient funds when infact I have well enough airtime. To highlight 2 occasions:
On the 1st May, I made a call arround 11:45 and my call was terminated because of insufficationt funds. I tried redialling but would not connect because of "no airtime ". I checked my balance and I had about R41 airtime.
Again on the 2nd May at about 17:15, the same happened and I checked my airtime to find that I have about R42.
I have contacted the call centre and spoke to Palisa who told me when that happens I should switch off my phone for 5 min and switch it back on. I dont think that a solution and I need someone to assist and stop this.
