I settled my contract with cellc. I Asked for the total settlement account and paid in cash R4300 two months ago.
Last week 25th April a debit order of R112.31c goes through on my account. Friday I called in to cellc to enquire nobody knows what this amount is for. I emailed my bank statement to cellc on [URL Removed] on cellc I paid everything upfront and you even converted my no to prepaid. I would like my R112.31c back please. I am being charged more here. Today its friday 03rd May and I got a new case opened because the 1st one could not be resolved.
