Pathetic service-Autopage

Because of poor service from Richards bay branch and being told "no stock", I contacted Autopage Headoffice to cancel my contract and was then called back by Amanda from Retentions... she convinced my husband to stay on saying she would send us the 2phones we requested... he was happy that he recieved his phone a few days later but I have been waiting 5 weeks for mine... in the first 2 wks, I was told they had no stock of the Blackberry Z10, i had requested, then for the following 2 wks they had logistics problems and for the past week i'm being told that I have been invoiced and will recieve my phone soon... it is now the end of week 5 and I am STILL awaiting delivery. When i try to contact Amanda, I am assisted by any other agent and given more sorry excuses!!
