I went into the branch to change my banking details then at the end of the month i noticed that telkom did not go off my account so i went into the store to find out why and suprise my old details was still on the system i then paid cash and changed my banking details again

now i have a 300 charge for the debit order that hopped on my account this better be wavered because this is ridiculous called telkom today and the lady was incredibly useless and kept telling me i have to go to the branch and get the original form by them why the would they stil lhave it if i had to fill it in again.
