I wanted to upgrade my handset as well as change my contract package. Faith answered all my questions (pleasantly & patiently) & gave me the changes I wanted as well as moving accumulated minutes across. Phone delivered in 2 days, communication from Vodacom re: changes regular and succinct.
No complaints & happy to remain a Vodacom customer after 10 years.
