TAKEN THOUSANDS WITHOUT EVER SUBSCRIBING

I have a Vodacom 2 gig wifi data contract which keeps going over the amount of R150 per month. In April my debit order was R1800! I stupidly assumed that I was simply exceeding my 2 gigs and Vodacom told me I was simply exceeding my usage. Finally got to speak to a wonderful lady at Vodacom today who obviously knows what she's doing and she informed me that I am subscribed to 3 chat/flirt/sexy things that I have never heard of through Opera Telekom! I am a fifty year old grandmother. I am the only person that uses my laptop. I HAVE NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO ANY OF THIS RUBBISH. Phoned Opera Telekom who have now cancelled the service (my charges for the month already over R30) but informed me that they will not refund my money. How is this company getting away with this! This is and. OPERA TELEKOM YOU OWE ME OVER R4000 AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Who are the directors of this company? I will not stop hounding you until I am refunded.
