I have never experienced such poor call quality in 15 years of using a mobile phone
Constantly and daily I receive msgs saying you have missed calls and msgs but the phone has never rung
I have business people constantly telling me they are unable to get hold of me!!!
...
I have tried numerous times to contact your call centre with no luck, prior to this email I sat for over ten minutes waiting for an operator so in frustration am writing this email
Please sort this out or direct me to some kind of solution immediately
