I have still to date not received a call from cell c or an email to assist me! This is now beyond shocking and I will continue to complain until someone has the decency to pick up the phone and call me. Stop telling me you have escalated the query, if you escalated then why is no one making a concerted effort to resolve this issue.
It has now been almost a month with no contact! Your customer service is a disgrace!!!
