This MTN mentioned that they will contact me after my issue has been escalated.

This was not done. Again MTN is showing incompetency by promising me as a customer they I will receive a call and has not had any response from them.

I have cancelled my contract with MTN. I have forwarded my experience with MTN to everybody I touch in my circle or colleagues, family and friends. I will always mention MTN's unethical customer and network services to all I meet and spread the word on there terms and conditions.

Should MTN go out of business in South Africa, I am not the only customer, who would be glad this happens, but we will not even miss this subscriber.

If you a new subscriber and looking for a cellphone contract. Ask yourself why most companies and customer in South Africa do not prefer the MTN network. Do your homework and study. Rather safe and satisfy with good quality service from Vodacom or CellC etc.. Than to go for a company that says one thing and does completely the other.

Those subscribers who from customers, will never gain fruit in their future.
