Do not want there services anymore

I am wanting to cancel my contract as there services are not good and they are emailing telling me that i cannot cancel my contract due to a 30 day notice which had to be served. i do not use this network and why pay for something if i do not use it anymore. the last call i made to them was regarding me not making any phone calls and there customer services is not good. what cellphone network service says we have to call during working hours, this service is not even a 24 hour service compared to the other network services. i also dealt with someone that did not know what they were talking about and just carried on transferring me about the issue i had. i no longer want to be apart of this network. i do not want anything to be deducted from my account and if this happens i am taking this to newspapers.
