Contract to Prepaid, last recharg missing

Vodacom debited my account 26th April fro R144. I called 30th to cancel my contract and went on to prepaid.
Spent 40 minutes on the 30th April to do the cancellation.

This morning I see the R135 (of the R144) recurring recharge has NOT been creditted. Spent 40 minutes with 3 different areas.

Please resolve.
