Still Waiting for Prepaid Conversion 0835503221

At the end of my 23rd month of my 24-month contract. I told MTN SP via email that I will not be renewing my contract. They confirmed this and my number would be prepaid on May 30th, 2013 (now this was now the end of my 26th month!) I just got tired of fighting with them and just wanted out. But guess what- on May 30th, 2013 I was disconnected from my service and was not able to make or receive calls as "No Service" was on the top of my screen when I switched it on. I also discovered that I had a credit balance on my account but was unceremoniously disconnected. I called them from a landline and they said that at the end of May 30th, I would be on prepaid. On May 31st I went into an MTN store and made enquiries. After contracting them telephonically I was informed that my contract was still running and that they had no knowledge of contract termination! But promised that I would be on prepaid within a few hours. It has now been more than 48hours and still I have No Service. Now from the morning of May 30th till now my business has had no connectivity at all. This has hurt my business badly and after giving them 10 years of service MTN does not care a damm.
