I phoned Autoage's Call Centre to remove a simple thing as a SMS 200 bundle. The operator confirmed that is has been removed and I even received a sms 2 days later confirming this has been done successfully.
On the next invoice this was not done and I had to phone the call centre again, wasting my time and money. Now I'm getting charged for a services that was supposed to be cancelled and have to wait another month for a refund.
It's unacceptable to phone to cancel a service, receiving a sms that it was done and then a month later to have to phone again to have it sorted out!!
Unacceptable.
