I recently actually requested an invoice from Autopage to check my account. I noticed that i was still being billed for the sms200 bundle which i cancelled ages ago. When i upgraded to a blackberry i cancelled this bundle as it wasn't necessary. It however looks like Autopage never bothered to do the cancellation on their side.

Since i picked up this error i have now logged 3 queries with the call centre and each time haviing to wait 14 days for a response. The reference number were A1306255087/A130627485 and now A1307191291.

I know that in the case i am requesting a refund therefore the interest is not great on your side but the service i have been receiving is ridiculous. Once again demonstrating your total lack of customer service.
