Paying for a phone i dont have

I am writing this with the deepest regret as too why I subscribed with Cell C. the service i am getting is disgusting. i ordered my new phone in March and i was told that it will be delivered to me. The phone arrived and as my husband is the owner and was not here to sign they said they will have to come back when he is here. I have called so many times to get them to come when he is at home and then they said I must have my utility bill, proof of residence and ID ready and they will come back. To date no one has come back to me. I phone and i get put through one call centre agent to the other and they have no idea what they are talking about. I had to be inconvenienced to buy a new phone in the interim and spend numerous of my money and time to keep calling the call centre. I demand an answer as to why a simple delivery of a phone is taking almost 2 months to deliver. I will take this higher and to the ombudsman should this not be sorted out. I also demand compensation for the inconvenience of buying another phone and airtime to sort this problem out. this is not my hellopeter account, so please dont respond here, call me ASAP to discuss further.
