I sent a fax to Altech on 23/05 giving 2 instructions, one was carried out. Phoned a few days later to follow up why the data part of the instruction was not sorted, agent promised to send it to technical and reverse accumulated charges.

I now get the bill (01/07) and what do you know, no data bundle activated. Phone again the 16/07 and now they have not received the fax dated 25/05 (but somehow they did one part of the instruction, explain that!?!?!?!) Faxed thru again and phoned 17th, they have received the fax and the bundle was activated so take sim out wait 15 minutes and should have a balance when dialling *111#, did it, and try guess what NOTHING. Phone call centre again, apparently they can't reach Vodacom to check (but i thought it was all sorted from previous query) but will send a confirming sms in 15 minutes and try guess what NOTHING AGAIN! So calling the call centre again, time number 4 or 5, but it's getting pathetic!

What must i do to get a simple data bundle added to my phone??? Come there and do it myself or do you just not want my business?
