Cell C
6th week now of barely no service

I submitted MANY complaints now.
One on Hello Peter a week ago...
Cell C said I must fill in a form and send it to a specific email address (see my last complaint)
We ALREADY DID THAT 6 WEEKS AGO!!!
I replied to this person to say that we have ALREADY filled it in and there was only a READ receipt but absolutely NO RESPONSE!!!
Is this called CUSTOMER SERVICE?? We have THREE contracts with you!!!
I am a day trader and can NOT make a living with a "service provider" like this!!!
COME ON!!!
SOMEONE!!! I IT HAS BEEN SIX WEEKS NOW!!!
