Illegal "Online content" cost taken from prepaid

14:03:55, 1 May 2013 saw R3.00 taken from my account with no explanation. Called Vodacom and they want me to send a "free" sms to 30333 to "Stop all WC". I never "started any WC" so what the is this? - by sending the sms I am actually agreeing that I started it!

I never subscribed to anything even though Vodacom tells me I am subscribed and will be incurring repeat costs from the same bunch of liars if I don't send the sms.

I don't know that the "free" sms will in fact be free - by sending the message I could most likely be agreeing to something I have not seen and may even be signing up for more rubbish at more stupid unexplainable costs - iow I may very well be worse off than I supposedly are now

I want this "subscription" stopped - I don't care who it is and what its for - I never agreed to anything and I want a refund.

If I didn't happen to check my account today I probably would never have known about the cost either because the Vodacom system conveniently, for them, only shows me the last 10 transactions as a prepaid custome
