Vodacom has billed me R900.00 for 2 months in row for online subscriptions such as 350 50 etc which I did not subscribe to and when I inquired about said subscriptions they reported that it happens when I browse the internet and when I received my phone. I never received a single sms stating that I am subscribed to said services and according to subscription laws 2 sms's are required to confirm a subscription service and it is illegal and against CPA law to bill a client for a subscription he/she didn't sign for. I am extremely disappointed with Vodacom as their customer care service stated that there is nothing they can do. This kind of treatment of a paying client is unacceptable and makes one switch service providers.
