My contract with cellc ended September 2012, they kept on debiting my account. At the end March 2013 I they still debited my account after I went to Jabulane mall numerous times to stop the debit order i then decided to go to their head office in Illovo so that they stop debiting my account. Eric promised to sort everything out and they were supposed to pay back R580 in my back account. They paid R230 back where is my R350? when calling the call center I just rude agents like MPHO who kept me on hold for more than 45minutes up until I hung up and he said I was going to get my money within 48hours before he put me on hold. Till today I have not received my money. I am not charity case I WANT NY MONEY BACK AND I WANT IT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT TODAY. That was a very bad service I will never take any contract with cellc ever in my entire life.
