It is ridiculous!!!

I went to Vodacom in Alberton City next to GAME to upgrade, I was there for more than an hour and I was told to come back as the systems are up and down, I told them I will sign everything so my partner can collect when they are back online. At about 3ish my partner collected the phone, when I got home I opened the phone and realised I needed a micro sim which they never gave me, I never used the phone. My partner went back there on Tuesday morning just after 9 to collect the sim card, Rodney said it would like 4 hours, I waited till 2pm on Tuesday and I had an error message saying the sim card is rejected, I called Rodney and Anthea about 3 times to ask them what is happening, they said they will call me back and no one did, at 4 I sent my mother to vodacom for them to sort the problem out and they told her that they cannot help, I need to connect to WI-FI? I must now go to wimpy to get the WI-FI set up, wimpy couldnt help so we left it. Today is Wednesday and I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THE PHONE!! I have 7 days to return and I will only start the 7 days when I eventually can use the phone. Today is Wednesday and the vodacom is closed and STILL have not been able to use it!
