Im not getting what im paying fo

My internet is pathetically slow most of the time, it used to be fast all the time. sometimes its super fast which tells me there is no hardware or software problem on my side, and that is normally in the mornings when people are at work. 8ta is not maintaining there user loads and when its busy i get pathetically slow and useless internet speeds, very unhappy.
