For the last 6 months cell-c has been deducting random amounts from my account. Every time i query this they said they would resolve the matter and offered me airtime for the incorrect amount they deducted. I refused the airtime as I would like my money they illegally took from me. They have not refunded me and continue to deduct what they want from my account. When I call the customer services centre, my call always gets dropped after explaining my query to the agents. Not only are they my money but they also offer terrible customer service.
