I called in to do sim card swop as a member of my family had had a house in the early hours of this morning. Wayne handled my request promptly, I didn't have all documents required and I was able to have them emailed to him enabling him to carry out the request. On emailing him the affidavit (that was required during the course of the day) after me seeing to my family member, he responded to my email hoping she was feeling better. I never expected him to thank me for sending my affidavit through and on top of that to remember my family member. What a pleasure to deal with such a concerned young man. A credit to MTN
