My family member has a huge gambling problem we refer to his condition as a chaser, i went to the MVG lounge with great concern as he already lost all his money and are currently busy borrowing money, he is really about to destroy his whole family. I asked if they could assist me to BAN my family member from the casino. And their answer was really uncaring and had a lack of sympathy. Their answer to me was that the gambler is the only one that can ban them self. WHAT??? How can someone ban them self if they cannot stop them self. As a family member i must surely have some right or surely the spouse of that member can BAN the gambler from the casino.
It is really sad to see how much they really care about their customers.
