Shocking PostNet Service

I needed to get a gift to a family member from Randburg to Cape Town as she was heading to San Francisco where the gift would reach the intended person (cousin).
I chose to send the gift using PostNet Randburg Square, chose the overnight option which was alot more expensive and was assured since it was a Saturday the parcel would be sent on Monday morning with expected arrival on Tuesday latest. The family member was due to leave on Thursday morning. The gift ends up in Cape Town BUT in Parow with some random person instead of Plattekloof as stipulated on the delivery details. HOW DO YOU GIVE THE PARCEL TO A RANDOM PERSON??? NO CONFIRMATION WAS DONE!!! The family member had to then make that trip to the RANDOM recipient and fetch it! WHAT WAS TH? E POINT OF USING THE DOOR TO DOOR Service??? More like DOOR TO RANDOM DOOR SERVICE!!
I demand an apology and full refund as I will give this to the family member who had to drive to the random recipient's house! It was only delivered on Wednesday which is NOT OVERNIGHT!!! Bunch of useless individuals!!! If I don't get an apology with the refund I will take this up further.
