As a family member has had a massive issue with Vodacom, I decided to do some searching in the manner to try find out if the fault was actually due to my family member and not Vodacoms. And it led me to this. After searching for numbers of branches on the website and got numbers to call, EVERY single one I called either was engaged or it states that 'this number does not exist'.
