Upgraded to Iphone 5 which has microsim, was told to call 084145 to activate sim. Held for hours but no answer. Went into store at Vangate Mall, they cant assist, said I have to phone 084145. Sent sms to 08414329 on 9 April, no response. Mailed customer Services on the 10th. asked them to cancel my contract as no service from them. Still no response. 4 Weeks later and my Iphone is still not activated nor has contract been cancelled.
