I applied for an MTN contract on the 24th at the Fourways branch and i was assisfted by Thembani. Their service given was bad as i had to constantly call them to find out how far they are with my application and to my suprise they were all always busy and not willing to assist. finally i got hol of Thembani on saturday and she then told me it was declined due to my debt exceeding my pay. i asked for an explanation and she told mer to contact Transunion as they are the only people that can assist. however, i applied at antoher Mn branch and it was approved. what an appalling service from Fourxways MTN. Instead of verifying my details and making sure that she captured everything right.she made me fight with a lot of institutions over nothing. If MTN wants to keep their customers they better recruit and train their staff members correctly or else they will LOSE MANY!!! UP THE GAME OR GET OUT OF IT...
