To whom it may concern
In the beginning of January 2013 my Nokia was out of a Vodacom Middelburg Branch. After hours on the phone and driving to the branch daily my phone has not been payed out to me. Due to people who can't do their jobs.
I would like to advise you, that I have got legal advise on this.
I will be cancelling my contract with Vodacom.
Vodacom is in breach of contract due to the fact that I am paying for something I do not have. If my debit order do go off tonight, I am suing Vodacom. Vodacom will receive a letter from my attorney tomorrow morning.
The sad thing is that I really get the idea that nobody knows how to sort this out.
