I really don't like to come on this website and complain. so this time i waited and waited and waited to see what happens before i just rush to this website and post my complain. Anyway week 1 i complained to one of the staff members that the hair dyre has and intermittent fault and works randomly. they says they will check it out. they probably just walked in check to see if it goes on and because it went on just left it. week 2 same story. this time i explained in detail that its not the power point thats a problem but the actuall hair dyre and it works sometimes and sometimes not. again nothing doing. 3rd week i tell the staff member at the counter while walking out that if this problem is not resolved i will have to phone head office to my amazement the gent laughed at me in my face. not surprised though, as they really dont care. anyway the nest day i see the hair dryer is gone. i left it for a week. after i week i ask the lady at the reception counter that whats happening with the hair dryer and why so long to sort out something so small. she says she will find out and revert to me. till today nothing doing. its 2 weeks later. I dont know what more to do.
