Been to Funki Hair twice in the last couple of months where my permanent hair colour that I paid a fortune for, was faded and almost gone after 2 weeks. I sent them an email to complain and did not even receive an apology email or call back to discuss or anything. I tried to differents stylists and 2 different methods of colouring as I thought maybe the first stylist did not do a good job. Needless to say, again the colour has faded to almost nothing after 2 week. Best is, I don't wash my hair everyday so where has the colour gone??? And for them not to even phone me or ask about the problem, is shocking and extremely disappointing.
