A month ago, I went to Carlton hair to have a slight hair makeover. I wanted a specific colour put in my hair which I had a picture of, a treatment and wash and blow. I was told I would need highlights as well. I did not completely agree but was told by Roslyn who did my hair that it would accentuate the colour I wanted. After a 3 hour visit I landed up with ORANGE, DRY hair and a terrible blow wave. Needless to say I was not impressed! I was told that I should return for them to fix it and they would offer me treatments thereafter. I returned a week later for a colour which I was still not happy and the colour was a slight darker orange (bearing in mind, I have taken pictures) and 2 weeks after that for another colour and treatments, the second week I returned after booking my appointment I was told that they had forgotten about me and had a hair show on and could not fix my hair! This is not on! I am walking around with DARK ORANGE hair that looks brittle and ruined! This is not acceptable and not the type of service you expect from Carlton hair! This has been a daunting process and I am now tired of empty promises!
