Incompetent and irresponsible!

Firstly I was charged because the special I signed for has expired, I wasn't told until I finished signing. It took over an hour so there's excuse the manager didn't have time. Then I was asked to come in again because they made a mistake with my information. I did and had to wait another week before going to gym. When I did go, I was told I was in arrears!!! I had to wait to speak to the manager another couple of weeks because he was away. Eventually I saw him to sort out my account and he suggested that we terminate my contract. I agreed. I spent time and money, and had been to the gym twice! Six months later I was billed for those six months! I have explained and explained. They agree to get back to me but just send me bills, with interest now! I really
