Well ive been having some major problems firstly my dad recently cancelled my gym contract and after I was contacted by a lady called merriam to try retain my contract and agreed and after three weeks I had no futher reply from them about the form to fill in after that I talked to pone of the sales reps and explained my situation and he said he would sort my problem out and I also said okay im also going to refer a new contract to him but the last two weeks ive been made an out of myself because they told me ive got no contracts with them... only two days ago when my dad went and found out that out it was still not working and he made a scene and ttold them to bring the manager and said hes gonnna also cancel his contract they finally did something about it today I went to the gym believing that they changed my contract from student to full time I came to gym early and they said no I must wait till seven even tho my dad signed the debit order form for me and him for two full time gym memberships really bad sevice ive been given and disapointed that this is how virgin active clients get treated.
