After a number of attempts at getting our billing corrected, including visiting the gym in question, we could not get any satisfaction. We were constantly assured everything was in order, only to find that incorrect amounts were still removed from our bank statements at the end of the month.
Jacqui (Virgin Active Customer Care) took on the task of adjusting our monthly billing herself and to date the debit orders have been in accordance with what we expected. She went the further distance by writing off 2 months fees as compensation for the ordeal we went through with the gym in question.
