Faulty Equiptment - Sound System and Aircon

I joined the Bruma Lake club from a referral by a friend in February. I really like the classes there especially on Mondays and Tuesdays. Yesterday, like for the past month I have been gyming in the studio. The sound system which we use during "Boot Camp, Move and Zumba" keeps cutting during our sessions. Furthermore, 2 weeks ago one of our classes was stopped because the floors were wet due to humidity in the class, we were told the aircon was not functioning (from previous members of the club - this was said to be a norm. Really???!). With the music, the interruptions become a distraction to my workout as the music also plays an important part of these classes! Yesterday the instructor stopped the class as he could see that we were all getting distracted. A whole 5 minutes we had to wait - possibly for the system to cool down. He even dismantled it and put it back! It played again until the end of the class, which I did not stay to witness as I felt I could no longer carry on (knowing it would cut AGAIN). As a paying member of the club - I believe I deserve better? Is this too much to ask for? Bruma's standards alone leave less to be desired - but the instructors try hard
