HOW CAN VIRGIN ACTIVE NOT HAVE MUSIC SYSTEM

We reported music system that is broken at Boulders Virgin Active, that was last year. It was fixed, but now the problem is back again for the past two months. This makes classed horrible. The poor system just goes off in the middle of the class, sometimes it loses the sound, skips and all. this nonsense only happens in studio 1.

SOME OF US NEVER USE THE MACHINES, WE ATTEND CLASSES IN STUDIO 1.

now my question to the Virgin Active management is that, is it too difficult to just replace the system? is it really that much to ask as your customers?

I feel that this gymnasium is undermined because it's in BOULDERS because am sure this nonsense will never happen in Fourways/Vodaworld.

we pay a lot of money to just go to the gym and stand waiting for the music to go on. WE DEMAND THAT THE SYSTEM BE FIXED ASAP. I don't care who you think we are, but we are paying to use the gym we are not being done any favours. we are tired of your nonsense.
