I DO NOT WANT TO USE YOUR SERVICES ANYMORE!
I have been trying to get a settlement figure from Lizette SINCE DEC 2012.
On 7 December, she said it would cost R883.20 for me to cancel my membership. I asked her what the amount was made up of. She didnt reply to my emails until 16 January, when she gave me a new figure of R747 but told me that I would still have to pay my membership for February. I asked her why would I have to pay for February if I was no longer a member of the club. She replied that the debits have been excluded from the settlement amount since debits were due to run shortly. Since my monthly fee is R467, it made no sense to me how my settlement figure in January could possibly be more than what it was in December. I posed this question to her and she has to date not yet replied to my email.
I went to the gym and explained my problem to a gentleman call Louis. I told him that I did not want to pay for membership for another month. He promised to follow up on the issue and give me a figure the next day. Five days later, I still did not have a figure. I went back yesterday and was told that Mark was attending to it.
