I am furious with Planet Fitness. I received a settlement figure from Saya Recoveries on behalf of Planet fitness, I paid the amount and got my letter back to state my contract is cancelled. Today they still went ahead and took a debit order. I phoned Saya recoveries and they confirmed that they had numerous complaints from customers complaining about the same thing.
How long will they now take to refund me??? Months???
