Firstly if you ask one of the consultants at VA, why this branch is more expensive then the rest they tell you that it has a lot of benefits that are not available at the other branches. Now heres my problem, for the last month the aqua lounge has been out of order, the heated pool is leaking, the normal pools water is disgusting and the saunas planks are lying everywhere. Then you get to take a shower, you have two choices either freeze or burn. If VA has the audacity to charge the fees for a "special" club they should at least hire staff that can maintaine this. The shower doors are broken and some of them dont even have a lever for water control, you have to guess. I have "referred" 13 people in the last year to join and three of them have never experienced the gym like i know it. Either hire compentent staff or downgrade the fees!
